朋友的生日飯@Le Salon Restaurant et Croissanterie


23/01/2014 之前在此餐廳試過午餐感覺都 ok ,

所以朋友生日我便建議在這裡晚餐希望可以試埋佢哋既 Croissant

同朋友商量後我哋要咗一個 Winter French Gourmet 同 Dinner Set



餐前麵包



餐前小吃好以係 Smoked Salmon



" Winter French Gourmet - Pan Fried Foie Gras "
( Duck Foie Gras & Caramel Pear )

呢個都 ok 既只是朋友分切時話有小小筋 , 好彩食既時候唔多覺啫 !



" Dinner Set - Prawn Thermidor "
( Tiger Prawns and Mushroom with White Wine, Cream & Butter Sauce )

呢個配合得好好味加埋鬆脆既酥皮 " 正 "

" Winter French Gourmet - Marseille Bouillabaisse "
( Tiger Prawn, Mussels, Fish Fillet, & Crispy Baguette with Sauce Rouille )

餐廳招牌菜之一既 " 馬賽鮮魚湯 " 緊係要試下啦 !

店員好細心知道我同朋友是 share 食物一齊食所以佢哋將個湯一分為二 ,

個湯真係好鮮甜又有好香既蝦味好好飲湯料又足如果一個人飲一定好飽 ^^



" Winter French Gourmet - Crispy Duck Leg Confit "
( French Duck Leg Confit with Green Lentil Beans & Braised Red Cabbage )

餐廳的另一招牌菜 " 法式油封鴨脾 "都算 ok 啦 !

但朋友話如果個皮再整脆口少少就更加好

( Pan Fried Sea Bass Fillet with Sauteed Greens, Dill and Mussel Sauce )

呢個魚上次食過覺得好好食於是就極力推介給朋友試好彩無令我失望啫 ! ^3^



" Dinner Set Dessert - Rhubarbs and Pear Braised with Vanilla Ice-cream "

這個是朋友揀的都幾好吃吖 !



" Winter French Gourmet Dessert - Chocolate Enticement "
( Chocolate Sponge Cake, Chocolate Mouse & Chocolate Ice-cream )

這個甜品好食我好鐘意 yummy ! yummy ! ^3^ 



今次沒有要咖啡只要了熱檸茶



餐廳送的 Petite Four 曲奇都 ok 既 , 但朱古力就唔係好得嗱 !
