近期的至愛飯堂@Grand Central Bar & Grill


10月1日約了朋友去睇戲 , 大家都不約而同想去 Elements ,

咁就去啦 ! 我又推介飯堂給朋友試 ^^




"Pacific salmon"
Seared and served on a remoulade of white beans &

dill with soy sauce vinaigrette.

三文魚好滑好食平時我唔食魚皮的 ,


但今次都破例因魚皮真的整得好薄脆好食 ,

墊碟的白豆雖然是第一次食卻有意外驚喜




"BBQ baby back ribs"
With buttered corn on the cob & coleslaw.

轉咗大廚之後 ribs 都加多了一份 salad ,


我地 2 個人食完 2 個主菜之後都已經很飽 ,

所以無位再可以放甜品啦 !

10月5日又一行七人前來為十月生日之星慶祝生日 ,

好耐未試過咁大班人一齊食飯了真高興 ^^




"GC's combo platter"
Popcorn shrimps, tri-colored chips & dips, Cajun chicken wings,
Alaskan halibut fish bites, loaded skins, 2 mini burgers.

嘩 ! 真係好豐富好多款式呀 !




"Loaded potato skins"
Topped with bacon, cheddar jack, scalions & sour cream.

朋友們的至愛




"Somersby Apple Cider" 這款蘋果汽酒又幾好飲喎 !

呢個都出咗好多次場啦 ! 我諗短時間內都唔會再 order 了




"GC's caesar salad"
Fresh romaine leaves, dipped in our signature Caesar dressing,
topped with poached egg, anchovies, shaved parmesan & toasted croutes.




"Penne alla Puttanesca"
With tomato, olives, capers, basil and anchovy.
